Carpets

  • We clean your carpet using the latest "State of the Art" technology and equipment in carpet cleaning, deodorize, and protect..

    Before scheduled services, be sure to remove breakables from the tops of furniture in the room we will be cleaning. Pick up items from the floor in areas you want cleaned, such as rugs, plants, trash cans, etc. Pre-vacuum all areas to be cleaned.

  • Pricing is charged by the square foot. This is the most accurate and fair way to charge for carpet cleaning.

Rugs

  • Routine professional area rug cleaning is key to keeping your rugs looking and feeling their best. Our gentle, yet deep rug cleaning process removes dirt and non-living allergens, such as pet dander and dust mite matter, from your rugs while preserving the colors within the fibers, leaving them vibrant and fresh

  • Area rug cleaning prices will vary depending on the size and type of rug, but the average cost is between $1.50 to $7.00 per square foot

Upholstery

  • Each upholstery cleaning job begins with vacuuming to remove any dirt, hair, or debris. Our cleaning process revitalizes your furniture by going beyond the surface. We will refresh your upholstered furniture and quickly take years off of their appearance.

  • Cleaning fabric upholstery costs $20 to $400 per item, depending on the size. Most fabric furniture comes with a coded tag with specific directions for cleaning. If the furniture has wood detailing, we may use a special wood cleaner.

    Synthetic fabrics like nylon, polyester, and microfiber cost less to clean. Natural fabrics like cotton, silk, and wool cost more.

CARPET CLEANING FAQ’s

  • Though our equipment and process have a high success rate of removing light to moderate pet odor and stain issues, we cannot guarantee that extreme pet damage can be eliminated.

    If urine has soaked into the carpet padding or subflooring (i.e. if a pet has gone in the same spot over and over again for a long time), it may need to be completely replaced to eliminate the foul smell. In such severe circumstances, there is very little that any kind of carpet cleaning can do about pet odor. As a certified carpet technician, we are trained to identify these cases and give you recommendations on what to do next.

  • Small items such as toys, pet beds, clothes, shoes, and rugs should be picked up before we arrive. We also recommend vacuuming to remove pet hair and other noticeable debris to get the most out of your carpet cleaning (our vacuums are designed for removing liquids and soils, not for picking up hair or large refuse). Furniture should be moved out of the areas that you are having serviced - we will clean around any furniture that is left in place. We also recommend temporarily moving breakables like picture frames or glass decorations to a safe location.

  • We recommend at least 2-3 hours of drying time. You may walk on damp carpets with bare feet or socks immediately, but we do not recommend wearing street shoes or letting pets walk on them until they are completely dry.

  • Most furniture can be moved. However, some items will not be moved such as pianos, Electronics, entertainment systems, China cabinets, beds, large dressers, pool tables, sectional couches, and any furniture with the breakables on it.

  • We do not guarantee carpet cleaning will get rid of fleas. We recommend that you kill the adult fleas by using a professional exterminator before hiring a carpet cleaning service.
